Hello folks!
It's been a while since I've posted anything, mainly because I took a cruise to the Yucatan, to get away from all the craziness that's been happening around me. I also spent some time in Austin, swimming in the cold springs and just disconnecting myself from what has been constricting my thought process....I'm sure you can all identify with that process of getting away......
I met up with the future engineer & producer of my DEBUT, Jared Dodd, and am super stoked about it! I think you'll agree why, once you hear the final project. I found a great source of inspiration on my travels, but also realized that my songs are about to take a new direction. Not anywhere I thought they'd go, but, that's the beauty of letting things around you change your course.
Songwriting is a difficult process for many of us. For me, it's been a horrific torture of what to say, how to do it in a way that's not contrive, and taking careful action to not copy something I'm deeply inspired by. That's probably the reason it takes me forever to write one song. Nevertheless, I'm going to set something free and not hold myself down anymore. I'm truly grateful for the amazing support I get from all of you! I hope to create something you can enjoy for many years to come....something truly unique and satisfying.
This is mainly a HUGE thank you for your support. I'll be back soon with some funny shit.
